Almond butter Hoisin Fish

Ingredients:
1/3 cup almond butter
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
2 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons water
1 pound cod fish filets
Instructions:
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
Mix almond butter, hoisin sauce, green onions, garlic, ginger, sesame oil and water in a bowl to make almond butter hoisin sauce
Cut the cod fish filets into 4 even pieces
Coat each piece of fish with the almond butter hoisin sauce
Place the coated fish in the refrigerator and marinate for 20 minutes
Bake the fish in the oven at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until done
Serve the fish with rice and vegetables as a complete meal
