Homemade cinnamon rolls are great, and I love them. However, sometime they can be intimidating and time consuming to make. This is the reason I am so happy with this recipe that takes no more than 30 minutes to make,. It is soft, flavorful and delicious and reminds me of open-face style cinnamon rolls without too much added sugar. I flavor the dough with melted butter and vanilla extract. By doing this step it makes my apple cinnamon pizza very flavorful. The type of apples you use in this recipe is not as important as to using apples that are sweet and crispy. The sweetness of apples will cut down the need for extra sugar, and the crispiness of the apples will add a nice texture to the pizza. Eat it as a part of your breakfast or an afternoon snack.
