Black Bean Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients:
1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinse under cold water and pat dry
1 egg
1 tablespoon or 2 orange zest (optional for orange-chocolate brownies)
½ cup orange juice or juice from 2 oranges (optional for orange-chocolate brownies)
¼ cup cocoa powder
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup flour
2 tablespoons coconut oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees
Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl: cocoa powder, brown sugar, flour, baking powder and salt
Bean paste: Place beans and wet ingredients (coconut oil, egg, orange juice, orange zest vanilla extract) in a mixer. Mix the ingredients to a puree consistency
Place the bean paste to the dry ingredient bowl, mix well
Pure into an 8x8 greased pan
Bake for 20-25 minute
