Brussels Sprouts Parmesan Cheese Chips


 
 

Prep Time: 15 min // Cook Time: 15 min // Total: 30 min // Serving: 21 Chips


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup finely chopped Brussels sprouts

  • ½ cup finely chopped parmesan cheese

  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Place Brussels sprouts and parmesan cheese in a food processor and chop to a fine texture.

  3. Add black pepper to taste

  4. Place 1 tablespoon of the Brussels sprouts parmesan cheese mixture on to a parchment paper lined baking sheet.  Press down gently with a spoon and shape into circular shapes

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 ½ minutes then flip the chips and bake for another 6 ½ minutes or until chips turn light brown

  6. Take the chips out of the oven and place them on a cooling rack.

  7. Serve after these chips are completely cooled
