BRUSSELS SPROUTS PARMESAN CHEESE CHIPS

My Brussels Sprouts Parmesan chips only need three ingredients. These chips are crispy and tasty. The trick to make them crispy is to flip the chips mid-way during baking. Because they are homemade without additives, these chips will become soft after a couple of hours. When that happens, just put them in a toaster oven for a minute and they will become crispy again.


 

Ingredients:

1 cup finely chopped Brussels sprouts

  • ½ cup finely chopped parmesan cheese

  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  1. Place Brussels sprouts and parmesan cheese in a food processor and chop to a fine texture.

  2. Add black pepper to taste

  3. Place 1 tablespoon of the Brussels sprouts parmesan cheese mixture on to a parchment paper lined baking sheet.  Press down gently with a spoon and shape into circular shapes

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 ½ minutes then flip the chips and bake for another 6 ½ minutes or until chips turn light brown

  5. Take the chips out of the oven and place them on a cooling rack.

  6. Serve after these chips are completely cooled
