CASHEW CLUSTER BROWN SUGAR COOKIES

Ingredients:

Dry Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cup All Purpose flour

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • ½ teaspoon baking soda

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

    Wet Ingredients:

  • 1 egg

  • ½ cup butter, softened

  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

    Cookie dough topping:

  • ½ cup cashew clusters (Kirkland brand), finely chopped

Instructions:

  1. Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  3. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl

  4. Mix wet ingredients together in a separate bowl

  5. Mix dry and wet ingredient together well 

  6. Place the chopped cashew cluster in a small plate or bowl

  7. Roll the dough into one-inch ball and flatten it into a circle shape

  8. Dip the circle raw cook dough into the cashew cluster so that the cashew cluster will be the topper for the cookies

  9. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees

  10. Place cookies on a wire rack until cool
