Cashew Crunch Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream, soften

  • ½ cup cashew clusters, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Fold the chopped cashew clusters into softened vanilla ice cream

  2. Place the ice cream in a small container

  3. Freeze the ice cream until solid before serving
