Cauliflower Rice hash browns

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cauliflower rice

  • 2 tablespoons flour

  • 3 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese

  • 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tablespoons Canola oil

  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Mix cauliflower rice, egg, flour, parmesan cheese, green onions, salt and pepper in a bowl

  • Heat the frying pan with 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 

  • Use an ice cream scoop to portion the mixture into the pan. Flatten the mixture with a spatula into a patty shape

  • Pan fry each side for 5 minuets or until golden brown
