Sweet Chili Chips

Prep Time: 10 min // Cook Time: 15 min// Total: 25 min // Serving: 8 (8 pieces/serving)

If you like snack foods with a little kick, you defiantly need to try this recipe. It is crispy, crunchy and has a pita chip texture. It only takes 4 ingredients and 30 minutes to make.

Roll the dough out as thin as possible with a rolling pin to get that crispy and crunchy texture. Do not worry if you don’t own a rolling pin. You can use a round shaped water bottle and filled with water. The water inside will add weight to the water bottle to help rolling the dough easier. These chips taste sweet and salty and are crunchy. However, adding the Furikake, a Japanese rice seasoning mix that you can find at most major grocery stores, after the chips are baked will take these chips to the next level. The taste reminds me of Japanese seaweed crackers. These chips are great to eat as snack or serve them at your next party.
