quinoa & Brown Rice Crackers
Prep Time: 5 min // Cook Time: 20 min // Total: 25 min // Serving: 10 pieces; depending on the size of crackers
Ingredients:
1 pouch of Seeds of Change Quinoa and Brown Rice (uncooked)
¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
½ tablespoon Mrs. Dash
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
Instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
Place one pouch of Seed of Change Quinoa and Brown Rice in a bowl. Make sure the rice mixture is loose and not clumped together
Add Parmesan cheese to the rice mixture
Add seasoning powder to the rice mixture
Combine cornstarch with water and mix well
Add cornstarch water to the rice mixture and mix thoroughly
Place the rice mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper
Shape the rice mixture into a rectangle shape
Place another sheet of parchment paper on the top of the quinoa and brown rice mixture
Use a rolling pin to roll the rice mixture into a thin and flat rectangle shape
Remove the top parchment paper
Brush oil onto the rice
Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees
Flip the rice sheet and bake for another 10 minutes or until it becomes medium brown
Place the rice sheet on a cooling rack until completely cool
Break the rice sheet into pieces with hands
