Quinoa & brown Rice Dipper

Prep Time: 10 min // Cook Time: 15 min // Total: 25 min // Serving: 22 dippers


Ingredients:

  • 1 bag Seeds of Change Quinoa with Brown Rice with Garlic

  • 1 cup bread crumb

  • 2 tablespoons spicy ketchup

  • 2 eggs, mixed

  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons cilantros, chopped

  • ½ cup Mozzarella cheese, chopped

  • Oil spray

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F

  2. Place a baking sheet in the oven while it is pre-heating. Leave the baking sheet in the oven until ready for baking

  3. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix them well 

  4. Roll 1 ½ tablespoons of the quinoa brown rice mixture into a small ball. Repeat for the remaining mixture (If patties instead of balls are desired, use 3 tablespoons of the quinoa brown rice mixture to form into patties)

  5. Spray oil on the hot baking sheet

  6. Place dippers on the oil sprayed baking sheet

  7. Spray oil on the dippers 

  8. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Flip halfway through

  9. Serve with different dipping sauces of choice
