mixed seeds cheese crisps


 
 

Prep Time: 2 min // Cook Time: 5 min // Total: 7 min // Serving: 12 Pieces


Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Mexican blend cheese

  • 2 tablespoons Salad Topper Smart Life

  • 1/2 tablespoon Mrs. Dash original seasoning blend

Variations:

 Vegan: use soy cheese instead of Mexican cheese blend

Other cheese suggestions: Mozzarella or Parmesan cheeses


Instructions:

  1. Pre heat oven to 375 degrees  

  2. Mix the Salad Topper, Mexican blend cheese and Mrs. Dash seasoning in a bowl

  3. Place ½ tablespoon of the Salad Topper and cheese mixture into the bottom of one small muffin pan. This makes the cheese crisp into a circular shape

  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and light brown in color

  5. Take cheese crisps out of the muffin pan and place them on a cooling rack

  6. Serve the cheese crisps after they are completely cooled
