Prep Time: 15 min // Cook Time: 5 min // Total: 20 min // Serving: 4
Did you know spaghetti can be used in more ways than just making pasta? I am so excited to share with you my discovery of using spaghetti to make a stix snack. Yes, this recipe does take some time to make; however, I promise, it is worth of your time. The basic concept is to cook the pasta, flavor the pasta with different spices and herbs of your choice then bake the cooked pasta in the oven. To ensure even browning and crispiness, flip the pasta half way into the baking process. At the end, you will have crispy, crunchy and delicious pasta stixs (sticks) you can eat as snacks or break them into small pieces as croutons in your salads.
