Wonton wrappers are good for making wontons and spring rolls. But if you want different wonton wrapper ideas, try my turkey wonton taquitos! This recipe is not only delicious and easy to make, it is also low in sodium. Each serving of taquitos (5 pieces per serving) is less than 200 milligrams of sodium, a must try recipe for those who are mindful on  sodium intake. It is easy to assemble the taquitos. Just place a half tablespoon of the turkey and cheese mixture onto one end of a thin wonton wrapper, then roll it tightly toward the opposite end, sealing it with a touch of water. Arrange them on an oil sprayed baking sheet then give the top of the taquitos a final spritz before baking to get that golden color and crispiness. Serve them immediately. The flavor from the seasoning powders, the sauteed meat and the saltiness of Mexican-style blended cheese make these taquitos a healthy party appetizer or any time snack.
