Banana Yogurt Popsicles

Prep Time: 1 min // Cook Time: 1 minute // Total: 2 min // Serving: 8 small popsicles (2 oz size)


Ingredients:

  • 1 ½  ripped banana

  • 1 ½  cups regular vanilla yogurt

Options:

  1. Use other flavors of yogurts that go well with banana such as strawberry or peach yogurts

  2. Use other fruits that go well with vanilla yogurt such as berries, peaches or mangos

  3. Combine different fruits such as strawberries and bananas to make combination flavored popsicles

Instructions:

  1. Blend banana and yogurt in a blender

  2. Pour the mixture into a 2-ounce size popsicle molds

  3. Freeze for one hour before serving
